At AFARI Travels & Tours, we remain committed to professionalism, transparency, and ethical conduct in all our travel advisory and visa support services.

As part of our service culture and compliance standards, we wish to clearly reaffirm our position on visa-related services. AFARI Travels & Tours provides professional visa consultation, advisory, documentation guidance, and application support only. We do not guarantee visa approvals, visa issuance, interview waivers, appointment availability, or decision timelines.

Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, high commission, consulate, immigration authority, or authorised visa processing body. Such decisions are subject to the applicant’s eligibility, supporting documentation, prevailing immigration rules, background checks, consular discretion, and broader diplomatic or regulatory considerations. This position is consistent with the professional industry stance that visa approvals remain the exclusive prerogative of foreign diplomatic missions and that travel professionals must not promise or guarantee visas.

In line with our Terms and Conditions and professional operating standards, all clients are advised of the following:

1. Our role is strictly advisory and administrative within the limits permitted by law and relevant travel practice.
2. No member of our team, representative, consultant, or affiliate is authorised to make false promises, offer guaranteed outcomes, or misrepresent embassy or immigration processes.
3. Any fees paid to AFARI Travels & Tours are for consultation, advisory, administrative support, and related service delivery, and must not be interpreted as payment for a guaranteed visa result.
4. Clients are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information and documentation at all times.
5. Processing timelines may be affected by embassy procedures, security checks, public holidays, quota limitations, system downtime, third-party delays, or force majeure events, including visa refusals or delays beyond our control.
6. Approval, refusal, delay, administrative processing, or requests for additional documentation remain outside the control of AFARI Travels & Tours.

We strongly discourage any form of visa racketeering, document misrepresentation, or unethical claims within the travel industry. Our organisation maintains a strict compliance posture and reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any engagement where false information, fraudulent documentation, improper requests, or conduct inconsistent with our standards is identified.

AFARI Travels & Tours will continue to maintain a professional consultation and advisory posture with all clients, built on integrity, diligence, accurate guidance, and respect for local and international regulations. We encourage all clients to engage our team with the understanding that ethical support improves preparedness and presentation, but does not override the sovereign decision-making authority of embassies and immigration authorities.
