Our general consultation services provide expert guidance in selecting the best travel destination based on your preferences and requirements. Our team will analyze your chances and our service catalogue, and discuss your options with you to ensure you make an informed decision.
This service includes two virtual sessions, each with a maximum duration of 20 minutes, and there is no rollover option.
2. Specific Visa Consultation
For those who have already selected their destination, our specific consultation services offer guidance on visa requirements and evaluation on a per-case basis. Our team of experts will review any previous travel issues, such as visa denials, and provide tailored advice to help you avoid common mistakes and achieve profitable results.
This fee is deducted from the visa processing assistance cost for that destination if you proceed with the visa processing with us within 14 days from the consultation date.
This service includes two virtual sessions, each with a maximum duration of 20 minutes, with no rollover option.
Terms & Conditions
- All services are subject to our General Terms & Conditions of Service.
- Each consultation token is valid for 30 days after request. Hence, both service sessions must have been scheduled and fulfilled within 30 days of a request.
- These sessions are only valid as virtual sessions.

a. This fee is deducted from the visa processing assistance cost for that destination if you proceed with the visa processing with us within 14 days from the final consultation date.
- Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Our services and advice do not guarantee you a visa – as issuance of a visa is solely at the discretion of the consular or embassy.
- All sessions are recorded for quality and assurance purposes and remain the private property of Afari Travels & Tours.
- We reserve the right to decline your request if it goes against our Terms & Conditions of Service.
